There are variety of torques for the seat bolts it appears. Attached is Page 85 from the 2011 FSM.
Looks like 36 ft-lb for the bolts attaching the seat bracket to the floor and 16 ft-lb for the bolts under the seat attaching the seat to the bracket. There are some bolts on the side of seat that take 34 ft-lb.
