I kind of enjoyed my Evo IX every time I got in it but in the end, that was just an econo-box with a turbo attached whereas the 370z has an actual "luxurious" factor. Even better.

I wouldn't say it feels torquier but it seems like somewhere between 5K and 10K miles the whole feel of the car was inexpicably better - power, handling, etc. Hard to explain but it was as if everything had just stabilized/settled and was playing nice together...or it could be a total placebo affect or a flashback to something took back in the '60s.

I presume the "thing" is your 370...If I'm still in love with my '04.5 350Z Touring Coupe, I definitely understand your sweet affair with your monZter! And, yes, after dropping in a K&N air filter, I felt an overall improvement in the torque band; kind of a "solid" feel to her, upon stepping on the gas! Is it me, or is it a real improvement??
