searched google but nothing, what is the blue dot on 2016 rims, every wheel its in a different location

Match Mounting!

You can check it out on Tire Rack. Matches the heavy spot of the rim to the light spot of the tire.
KenChan is right .
Rarely used after factory....IMHO.
