Gun Metallic 370z spotted recklessly racing in Northridge, CA with G37

Started driving a wrecker when I was 16. That did enough for me to understand even the best built car in with the best driver can get really ****** up

Started driving a wrecker when I was 16. That did enough for me to understand even the best built car in with the best driver can get really ****** up going to fast on the street. Tracks generally don't have cracks, uneven spots, or random stuff running out. Keep it off the streets. If not for your own safety do it for the other people on the road.

Incidents like these would be best overlooked if left on a highway, a 35MPH zone is a 35MPH zone for a reason no car has a stopping capacity thats appropriate going 100+ nor reaction time, if you did manage to screw up then you just may be the next person who is ousted on the interwebs and in some cases such as the Mustang guy, an expensive and life ruining lesson

Yes I did but you are missing the point. Not so much about the attack itself. People make an issue about snitching or making a consious decision not to report criminal activity or as what the op stated, behavior that puts public safety at risk. It is the right thing. In Berdo, the neighbors did not want to be a snitch. Imagine the lives saved.

You totally get it. Exactly my point.

More people die doing the speed limit than any amount of racing been done on the streets.
What about the millions of people who walk out of bars on a daily/nightly basis intoxicated as hell and get right behind the wheel and drive, does anyone report that? I never speed on the streets, but on the highway it's a different story. I don't buy High Performance cars to cruise around doing the speed limit all the time, but I do practice discretion and keep the safety of others in mind when I do choose or choose not to engage. I see both points, but know this............. street racing and reckless driving will never stop, just like intoxicated azzholes behind the wheels won't. Maybe the OP loves his entire community, I know I'd be pissed if some azzhat came flying through my subdivision where it's clearly marked 25 mph and look out for children, different........... maybe, but that's how he probably cares about his whole city, IDK, just saying.

There are people who illegally street race, therefore it is ok to street race. Great logic!

it's two completely different situations and you thinking they are similar causes concern.

a little speeding and terrorism.

wtf? how are those even in the same ballpark?!

if I see a shady muslim neighbor i'm alerting someone and if they don't do anything put two in em yourself.

someone speeding a bit having a little fun in life i'm cool with it.

now 100 on a 25/35 area is a bit stupid and as I said earlier keep it on the highway if you're hitting 3 digits.

Absolutely. I've called in several visibly intoxicated drivers. One of whom balled up his truck as I was on the phone with the cops, nearly hitting another vehicle.

OP I understand your concern but no one likes a snitch.

Really a 100mph safe on this street? For who?

The streets are not a race track, how planted is your car when you go over an oil slick some old beater dropped on the road. How planted is the Z going over a 2x4 that fell of the back of a truck.

I've picked up much better built cars than ours destroyed on the five for "driving safely over 100 on the highway ." You still have debris, bumps, cracks, uneven pavement, and other drivers to unstick you no matter how well the car is built because its a public highway not being upkept for safe conditions if driving past posted speed limits. Not saying I've never done it, on the weekends I've got a 100 mile commute home on a straight highway and because the car feels the same at 60 as 100 I've crept up. But trying to justify it as safe or responsible, GTFO.

very capable driver.
open highway with minimal traffic.

yea seems pretty reasonable to me.

did I say go do this at rush hour with many other drivers on the road? no. don't be an idiot and take it as so.
