Any of you have any success with a damage claim with UPS? Bought Nismo wheels from FB Nissan, got them Friday and one wheel is dented really bad, like it

UPS: Damage claims
Any of you have any success with a damage claim with UPS? Bought Nismo wheels from FB Nissan, got them Friday and one wheel is dented really bad, like it was taken out of the box and dropped bad or something. I've email Jomer at FB Nissan, so I'm waiting to see what he has to say tomorrow however is there anything I should do? Or Just let FB Nissan and UPS do there thing?
