Default Password:JDM Body Components Poll

All,

I'm working with Brad from Password:JDM to gauge the interest of dry carbon body components for the 370Z. Brad mentioned that 370Z dry carbon components would be priced about the same as their R35 GT-R components. I have attached a poll at the top of this thread. I will send the link to Brad to periodically check to get a feeling for what the market is like.

Here are some images of their R35 components:

PJDM parts arent expensive, I think thats why they are such a reputable and well respected company, I'd love to see some stuff from them, I'm actually going to be buying the shift knob they just made for us.

What would they make? I would be interested in a cf body kit. I'm not too interested in cf oem body parts.

I think it is safe to assume that they would make OEM replacements first. There was no mention of a body kit.

I'll try and catch up with Brad soon to relay the message.

I just saw the shift knobs...they look great. I may switch to one of those red ones when I get a short throw shifter.

Yeah I was thinking about getting the titanium colored one with a red finisher. Check these out.

DD Motorsports uses one of these in their race car.

I don't wanna derail the thread any more, but was is the "color finisher"? The bottom piece of the knob that connects to the shifter? So for you, it would be a titanium knob, then a red middle piece, and the black boot underneath?

I would be HIGHLY interested in a Carbon rear spoiler. However, I would want such an item to not be just a copy of stock, but would like it to be just a tad more aggresive

I have said this many times before, make a spoiler similar to the stock + Mines cover in all carbon and I am ALL over it.

I would be interested only if they offer it in a flat finish and not glossy. I believe the GTR had a flat finish at SEMA? I think it was their stuff at least.

If they make a good CF roof overlay I'd be down for that too.

I believe the "flat" finish you speak of is dry carbon fiber, which they do make, so it would be a welcome addition, however, dry carbon fiber often costs twice as much.
