They're not like race cars where the entire car from bumper to bumper gets rebuilt every weekend. Supercars like ferrari and lambo choose impressive performance ahead of reliabily because superior performance is their main selling point and the justification behind their price tags. Also, those who can afford a ferrari or lambo don't care about reliability and can easily afford fixing them. Not to mention that most supercars are garage queens trailered to car shows and auctions, and are rarely ever actually driven on the street. That's why used supercars have mileage that is usually around 10% or so of mileage of other cars of the same model year.
