Warming car in the morning?

i let my car out of the garage as i warm up... rather not circulate the co and co2 back into my car. let it sit until the needle starts dropping. then off i go.

i shift under 3k (try to) until i see the 3-4th dot of the coolant. i'll go freespirit as soon as the oil needle moves 1 notch

i wait till the idle settles to normal then go in all conditions.
