CA drivers-running front plate?

It just depends on the circumstances, I have pulled over for tint here...once and he let me go with a warning. Sometimes they will do a targeted patrol and everybody gets a ticket for noncompliance. For all the speeding that goe on, I would take the fix it ticket with a smile...just sayin.

It's been a few years since I've lived in Cali, but I have never had a front license plate, and never had a problem. Did have a meter made in high school who used to hit me for exhaust violations on a 67 mustang with blown out glass packs.
