At what point...
I paid 2 weeks ago for a canned NA tune, submitted a ROM file for processing and have not heard from the tuner since.
- E-mails and phone calls go unanswered thus far. I won't mention whom. My Question: At what point do i reverse the Credit card payment for a service that has not been rendered? Thank you, ~ Concerned Citizen
