At what point...
I paid 2 weeks ago for a canned NA tune, submitted a ROM file for processing and have not heard from the tuner since.
- E-mails and phone calls go unanswered thus far. I won't mention whom. My Question: At what point do i reverse the Credit card payment for a service that has not been rendered? Thank you, ~ Concerned Citizen :wtf2: |
when u get the bill from your creditcard company. just dispute it. have them investigate.

I dont see why you don't mention the tuner? It may prevent other people on this forum from getting the same type of poor service. I hope you can get this resolved asap.

I've waited like a month in between tunes with the tuner I have..... The guy's responsible for my car so I'm not gonna go around pissing him off but it does drive me mad.

Sorry to hear brotha. Might wanna go ahead and figure on letting the forum know whom this scammer is and see what Trips or anyone can do for you here on the forum and as for the charge just dispute it through the credit card company when they bill you.
You don't even have to explain to them this entire debacle. Just tell them straight up you didn't make the charge and it will get reversed. If you tell them everything there's more information for them to deny your claim. |

Is your tuner at SEMA? Not saying he shouldn't have responded before the show started yesterday.
If it's who I think it is, he won't give a damn how much you bad mouth him. But it will probably get his attention and you a response :eekdance: |
