Ouch... hurting your Z sucks, but as mentioned, at least it was only your Z. Hopefully you can get it back up and running without running into unforseen problems later on.

It was parked and just the quarter panel. $3200. No wheel damage either. Its hard to tell but the gas door is crushed and her azz is flat lol. Along with that white is a bitch to paint match. http://i67.tinypic.com/1zvwmbr.jpg

 that costs $3200?! How are they going to repair it? Cut and reweld new panel?

dvboy 10-29-2015 07:26 AM

A rear quarter panel is much more costly than a door or front fender,it has to be cut out and blended in.

dvboy 11-02-2015 06:18 AM

Any updates on the damage?

DavidZ370 11-02-2015 03:40 PM

If you dare pay 1100 for those shitty base wheels you are a sucker... for 2200 you can get a set of aftermarket wheels with better offsets. LOL @ the price.

All the body work is costing me $1500 (parts + paint + Z emblem)

Rims are getting fixed for $250 per rim ($500)

Two "hollow" tubes in the back rim were bent, replacement is ($220)

Car has been sent for re allignment.

Nothing wrong with engine/transmittion/suspension... should be aroun 2500-3000

kenchan 11-03-2015 04:36 PM

pricey lesson, but at least u didnt get hurt or hurt anyone else.

GL with the repairs. drive safe.

That's a pretty expensive rim job!:eekdance:

mishuko 11-04-2015 08:54 AM

if you plan on driving in the winter i strongly reccomend you to get a set of 18'' rims, some new decent snow tires and a few bags of sand in the trunk.

oh and drive about 10x more conservatively than you were previously.

then once summer comes around take some driving lessons with a pro so you can learn to drift properly and in a safe environemnt...
