Finisher is part number 34929-EG000.
Here is a used knob with finisher.

Boot is from Autotrimming on Ebay.

It's the silver ring between the boot and the knob. It's makes the final product look "finished".

New Orleans is the same, or worst. Post-Katrina New Orleans is now one big gang-ridden hoodlum infested bad neighborhood. The French Quarter used to be the 'safe' area, but now even the French Quarter is becoming a dangerous spot.
