Did you file a dispute first for open communication with them for resolution and then elevate to a claim or immediately jump to claim? I'm looking at it now.

Default Aerojacket customer support

Hey guys, so I recently ordered a carbon fiber duck bill type 3 from aerojacket, I got the email that said my order went through and also there was a sections that said, "Shipping Information", and that said 3-5 days under it. I know it's probably going to take more time than that obviously. What I wanted to know was what is the best way to contact them. I've sent an email and I've tried reaching them on here. If anyone knows a better way please let me know

You're a bit SOL. No one can get ahold of them... That's why I tell people to go with Fly1, sure, you sometimes pay a bit more, but you'll actually get the parts you paid for....

Yea I was thinking that to, but I did try them over Facebook and luckily got a reply, they're just sending out a lot of type 3s over the holiday and I will get my tracking # as soon as it gets sent out

How did u make contact on FB? Their page or through messenger? I still can't get through to them.

So I called PayPal today 12/28/15 to dispute my charges with AEROJACKET. MORE GREAT NEWS :-(
So being the nice guy that I am I was trying to give AEROJACKET the benefit of the doubt with personal and company issues after my order from 6/29/15 issues (them vanishing on me and parts I ordered) plus the prior replacement parts they owed me from a January order.
Come to find out my 180 days to file a claim with PayPal ended YESTERDAY!!!! Additionally, LIKE AN IDIOT, I was talked into using the friends payment method by Richard which now limits me from any recourse of hopefully getting my money back, rather than Goods and Services. Hits keep on coming.

Now I have to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges further.

To be honest I'm still not that mad if I could just SIMPLY GET MY CORRECT PARTS!!!!! All I want to do is build my car before my first child pops out in 6 months and I'm likely forced to sell the car for a daddy wagon

If ANYONE has contact with AEROJACKET please advise them of the situation. I keep attempting to make contact. If they do the right thing I'll close this thread MYSELF.

I'm in the same boat, but have until Jan 11th to turn my paypal dispute into a claim. This is ridiculous. I just want the parts also and have been more than patient with them. I'll keep spamming them on Facebook and let you know of the turn out. Pretty sure your bank can do a charge back or something.

I've tried reaching out for your situation as well and have nothing back so far. just have to keep trying. What is paypal offering to do for you since you paid through the Gift option instead of the Goods or Services?

Same question, Did you pay through Gift or pay through Goods and Services?

If you paid through a gift you will have the same issues as DRFTR

Just file for a dispute make sure send PayPal communication copies that you tried getting in touch with aerojacket.

Advisable to email them using the PayPal to send message to seller if they do not reply within 3 business days. PayPal will refund your money back.
