Honestly, some of them could be legit..

the JDMGram Instagram page shared his pic.. That page has 870K followers. Their posts regularly have over 10k likes on them.
They shared one of my pics once and I picked up like 300+ followers in a week from it. They have a huge audience..

**for the record i don't know the dude or really care about this competition, not even a part of it.
