I've had great experiences with them. All I've heard are good things about them. You'll find a lot of positive feedback about them on this forum and on many other car forums. You could quite easily throw those guys in the argument as the best place to take your car on the east coast (or anywhere, really) if you're interested in aftermarket parts/installation/tuning/etc.
