I agree with you, dude. Toyota has the best reliability record in the whole auto industry, and they've had recalls, too. I'm more concerned with the seriousness of the problem

I agree with you, dude. Toyota has the best reliability record in the whole auto industry, and they've had recalls, too. I'm more concerned with the seriousness of the problem (i.e. will it leave me "marooned" on a road at night?; will I have to keep taking it back for costly repairs once the warranty's over?, etc.). Along with Toyota, Honda, and Subaru, Nissan has racked up a pretty good reliability record. My '04.5 Touring Coupe's only needed--so far!--a new power window motor (driver's side). Given, she's got just 24k on her odometer, but one repair in six years ain't that bad. Greetings!
