What is the rotor depth at which the front / rear rotors need to be replaced?

On a sport model it is 30mm on the front and 18mm on the rear.
Base model is 26mm front and 14mm rear.
This is according to Alldata.

Also, you will want to measure, if you have surface indicator, total runout on disc surface. If disc is warped say .010 then .020 needs to be machined off
(.010 per side) just to get back to flat, parallel surfaces.

You need a disc brake mike. It has a point on one end to get into a groove if the disc has one worn into it.
