Thursday will mark 3 weeks of owning my Z.. and I have loved every second of it (besides discovering that the gas gauge doesn't work hehe). This car is just incredible. The speed, the sound, the handling.

I consider myself so lucky to be able to own one of these. I cannot wait to take it to a car show!!

I am going to be so sad to put it to sleep during the winter :(

Anyway.. just wanted to say how much I love this car, plus this awesome community on this forum!

I've owned mine for over 5 years now and I still love it as if I just bought it yesterday. This car is really reliable (if you drive it properly), turns head, and well made.

I've owned my Z for almost two months now and I too absolutely love the car. It's spectacular but hey, I graduated from a Pontiac G6 Gt which would cause anyone to be excited about a car like this!

I see you're putting her to sleep for the winter, I was thinking about hoping for the best in the winter and using it because I'm pretty much only driving main roads so they should be plowed. Am I going to regret not buying a cheap 4x4 truck and putting the Z in hibernation?

Using proper tires is the key.

2 yrs with the Z and still very much in love with it, will keep mine forever... that is until the next Z comes long with its 3.0TT engine :yum:

It's funny I've driven my car a lot, and I still love getting behind the wheel, and prefer it to my new truck.

so you're saying you're going to return the truck and swap it for another z end up putting 500k on it and then have nissan want to re-purcahse your z cause it lasted so long?

This past winter in VA we had a bit of snow. I have the stock tires on still, and anything more than an inch or so, its like going on a 1.5 ton sleigh ride lol.

A set of Blizzaks, some weight in the butt and you be :driving:

I just passed my 1 year anniversary of ownership and I feel the same way OP. Still puts a big smile on my face looking at the Z on the steering wheel.

I'll be put on my cold temp traction tires on some time in Oct...


you know with the new Canadian base price it was tempting to get another one and swap over a few parts. LOL But I really needed a truck for my work vehicle an I already have a toy. I am going to run my Z for another 6 months or so though, just can't give it up yet.

I agre, it's been one month in the Z for me. I just love the way it drives, it's so engaging.

I got to drive mine for a week before I shipped out. Now I spend all my down time on this site day dreaming about getting back in mine. I also keep comparing the line up of rental cars we get to my Z and think, "God this thing is a POS"

One month in the Z here as well. And im new around here...

Love the Z, at about 1400 miles now the clutch and shifter are starting to break in and feel better.

I look for excuses to drive it to work all the time, since I still try to keep the old Maxima the work commute daily...but many days I cant make myself not drive the Z lol

Cant wait to throw 1st few mods on there soon. Thinking HKS exhaust and stillen g3 intake, and uprev tune.

I've owned mine for about 6 months now. Love everything about it and constantly pamper the thing.

Still enjoying mine after 5 years of driving pleasure.

5 months for me now, love this thing, took a couple back road trips the last few days to find a new puppy for the family. I will be parking it for the winter, and yes I feel like I'm missing my best friend when I think about it, at least the new puppy (getting her Oct. 24) will keep my mind off the beast ;).

I've had mine 6 months on the 28th this month and love everything about the car!

I'm sure we all have our nitpickey pet peeves about the Z like the throttle lag or if there is water on your windshield and your driving it goes straight into your car through the window haha, or how the door likes to come back at you haha

but I love everything about it haha

Just don't go mod crazy like I did and then realize that your bank account balances read "STOP SPENDING MONEY DUMBA$$"instead of an actual numerical amount haha :tup:

You should really drive it like you stole it, it's more fun. :D
