Hey man i was in an accident in May with my Z with 25000 miles on. Some ahole turned into my lane and caused me to smash into their car.

Diminished value
Hey man i was in an accident in May with my Z with 25000 miles on. Some ahole turned into my lane and caused me to smash into their car. Damages were $5700. I went after diminished value since my car was new and accident free. After 3 months of dealing with state farm i just settled for $4,750. state farm kept low balling me with $2,500 offers. Dont know if this helps or not. Good luck!
