no tsb came out for the G like the OP said, but it happened many times that the dealer has info on tsb before it hits the net... should be like that anyways.....

I noticed the same high frequency sound also. It reminded me of the unstable switching mode power supplies I designed at work (can almost play songs by varying the load current hehe). If it was coming from the ECU, I would suspect that the feedback network on a power supply needs some more capacitance to fix the phase margin.

I believe the OP stated, a little while back, that the replacement ECU was due in to his dealer around the 13th, that was this past Friday. If we get no update by the middle of this week then something is awry
