Does Nissan keep a service rep on the forums to help escalate problems
Same as the title.
Does Nissan have a rep as an active member of the forums? I know ford does this and i know all the salt water vendors do it on the reef tank forums so i thought i would ask. Don't worry, its not about my Z, its about my step daughters Versa. As you might guess..im not a member on a versa forum (ha ha ha) so i thought i would seek some informal advice here. Much appreciated. |
Look at the sponsors list below the forums.

Thank you Cool toy.
For clarification, when i skimmed the list i saw lots of show n shine, lots of tuners, one dealership...but i did not see Official Nissan Corporate sponsor....i could have missed it? I am looking for an actual Nissan corporate employee who escalates forum user issues with regard to maintance (beyond the answers you would get by a tech who parks cars and answers phones at a dealership etc.) ;) Sorry, little help? |
There are several dealer sponsors IINM. But to answer your question, no. I don't believe anyone has encountered a Nissan corporate rep on this forum. They certainly are not a sponsor. I can't imagine Nissan has any interest in sponsoring a forum that has a bunch of members who DIY, loathe dealers, and typically refer to them as dealer$hits.

There is no such thing, it seems, from Nissan. That kind of customer attention is only found, so far by me, in some GM and Ford forums.

we had a ford rep active on the forums over at SVT...it was nice cause he/she would escalte calls to your local dealer and get ford themselves involved. It was kind of a double edge sword though... if you post racing stories or hard core tracking of your car...even tuning and modding he/she would also report to ford when trying to claim a warranty issue |
