Question

I'm not sure if there are any mechanical differences that are prone to failure, but a couple of niceties that immediately pops to my mind is a fully loaded 2009

I'm not sure if there are any mechanical differences that are prone to failure, but a couple of niceties that immediately pops to my mind is a fully loaded 2009 does NOT have rear view camera for the NAV and heated mirrors like the 2011+ does.

you should also consider all the little revisions that were done by the engineers that we don't know about.

First model year vs mid cycle, I'd say at least 3-5k difference just in model years.
