0-60 on 2016 370Z automatic?
According to this page the non-Nismo 0-60 time on the base model is 5.4 seconds, but I assume this is for a stick shift. Does anyone know what the 0-60 time is for an automatic?
2015-2016 Nissan 370Z 0-60 times acceleration, 1/4 mile, 0 to 100 kmh Related question, that same page says that I can do "chip-tuning - The Engine of Nissan 370Z is equipped with an engine management system (EMS)/Engine Control Unit (ECU) which can be modified to different settings, producing different performance levels and boosting 370Z's horsepower." Does chip tuning void the warranty? (I bought an extended warranty so....) Thanks |
0.069 to 69mph
Quarter mile. 0.099 seconds. Add racing stripes and you'll go to 60 in -0.50. So if it was 3:55pm when you hit the gas. At 60 it would be 3:54.10pm! BUUUYYY IT!!!! :driving: |
*whine*
But I really want to know what it's rated at :) Somebody must know (?) |
chip tuning?? I think they just meant a tune.

return the automatic and buy the manual... you'll have your answer :D
|
whatever the time is though...it will be faster :stirthepot:

Did the Z get a boost I dunno about?

Published times don't mean a lot. Manufacturers use professional drivers to make those runs and, based on your questions, you're not a pro. But don't feel bad, very few of the people on this site are pros. ;)
Not a lot of difference in times between autos and manuals nowadays. In more than a few cases, autos come out ahead. |

Thanks guys, guess I'll assume the 5.4 sec then :)

I've tried to time a few of my 0-60's.
Stock 2009 Base 370Z I clocked 4.8-4.9 Current 2012 Sport Roadster 5-5.1 MotorTrend did a Drag between a Genesis, Mustang and 370Z. 370Z clocked 4.7 from a credible source. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77MstcS02Z8 Hope that helped! |

31 psi, Pull brake fuse, burnout, quick spin to clean off tires, brake torque 2k and paddles Definitely helps even more if you have PSS, re-11. I was running Michelin A/S 3 all season Best optimal temp would be 40-50 degrees |

4.5-4.8 on mine ; pending air quality & traction/stock
