Oil temp question

I got the same results when I switch to Amsoil Signature Series oil. My temps stay at about 215 cruising. Use to be 220. So, a little improvment. Push the

My temps stay at about 215 cruising. Use to be 220. So, a little improvment. Push the car hard in the upper RPM range and the oil temps rise. I have gotten mine to about 240-255 or so with the stock oil cooler.
