Default 09 370z touring syncrorev?

Hello everyone,

Would anyone know if the six speed 2009 370z touring come with synchrorev match? I look at the pic from the dealer and it has the rear spoiler and brembos so I'm assuming yes?

the z doesnt come with brembos. Im assuming you mean the akibono sport brakes. Does it have the 19" Rays wheels or 18" wheels? If its a touring/sport then it will have the rev match

Look for the S-Mode button on the right side of the shifter.

Yea I know where to look but the dealer took a bad photo and you can't see it due to the fact that the shifter is blocking the view.

The only way to be ABSOLUTELY sure is to drive it.

Wheels can be upgraded.
Spoilers can be added.
The molding around the shifter could be switched out to have the button.
Car dealership salesmen can be mistaken (or even worse, lie).

When you fire it up, press the S-Mode button, so that it illuminates the little S on the tachometer to the upper right of the gear display. And, if it proceeds to match revs as you downshift, then you know beyond a doubt that it's got the SynchroRev Match. Everything else is a good indicator... but stranger things have happened.

Tell me about it. I called the nissan dealer that had it for sale and was told by the sales person that he asked his tech guys and said that synchrorev only comes on automatic 370z. At this point I just face palm my myself thinking what kind of tech do they have

that is a sports package rim and brakes (i believe they changed from brembo's to akebono's from 12-13, loss of fangs, new euro tuned suspension blablabla)

another way to determine is look at the cluster. in the direct centre is a circle which will show the gear. there will bea semi circle thats right next to it that would light up with 'S'

look at the two pics attached

Sounds like a good first hand look is needed.

Dealerships are ridiculous sometimes in how little they know about their own vehicles. As a funny example, my father bought a Nissan Leaf (totally electric), and the sales guy honestly tried to help my dad schedule his first oil change.

We all had a good laugh about that. Right before switching to a different sales guy.

although my previous post was comparing a manual to automatic cluster... but if you push the button and the 'S' doesn't pop up, it doesn't have the sports package and was just option'd with the rims+brakes.

hold the s-mode button and the 'S' should turn off. only way to check this is to sit in the car and turn it on though...

I was thinking maybe I can get some feedback on it before I actually go see the car. Don't want to waste time if it doesn't have it.

I thought you can't get the upgraded brakes and the rays 19 on a 09 370z unless you have the sport package? I have seen a 2011 touring version that has the regular wheel and no upgraded brakes. That for sure didn't have the rev match.

Do they have any pics of the dash or shifter posted online? If not, call the dealership and see if they would provide you with some. Specifically one of the S-Mode button near the shifter and one of the dash with the car on and S-Mode engaged as shown in Mishuko's post.

It looks like a no navigation sport touring to me. Only sixteen thousand miles is super sexy! you might be able to get him down below 22k though. I'm in one of those people that would really have to look at the paint and of course drive it before I pay top dollar.
