Update on my mods/car.
Hi guys, as some of you know I've been a member of this forum for a few months now, yet I have only 1 picture of my car. Recently I've installed a new exhaust(TOMEI Ex Ti) and Mishimoto oil cooler(yes, I'm going to a local track) and decided that I should post a few pictures of the mods. Don't hate
Mishimoto Oil Cooler Tomei Expreme Ti p.s. I didn't know where to post this thread, feel free to move it if needed. Last edited by cranzy; 06-05-2015 at 04:35 PM. |

Good stuff
BUT ... I sure hope you did not use the miSHITmoto thermostatic plate. They are known to fail and dump 5 quarts of oil while you're driving down the road They will send you a replacement o-ring if this happens, but I think you're on your own with the blown motor

Honestly, I got the simple(non thermostatic) plate by a mistake. This is the first time I hear that Mishimoto thermostatic plates have problems. Does that mean I got lucky for buying the dull version? Lol |

Get the Mocal if you ever need the thermostatic plate.

Even more reason not to buy it lol... Z1 has a kit with fittings and everything to connect up to the NISMO oil cooler kit. With the Mocal and fittings and everything its only $150 http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...oducts_id=4652
