Other than the high mileage, that seems to be a pretty good price. Even putting those miles into KBB, it looks like average selling price (from a dealer) is around $15k. The carfax looks clean, so it really comes down to how it drives.

Test drive it.
Multiple times.
With the radio off.

If you don't hear/feel/see anything that would constitute a "Red Flag" and you're ok with the miles, I say go for it. If you've got a mechanic you trust, it's worth paying them to give it a once over.
