I would worry about more whether your insurance company considered this to be your fault since it was a non-contact accident. It would help if you have some witnesses. Being a sport car, your insurance premium will go up a lot if you are at fault.
Just a thought. |

Don't understand why the insurance company should replace the other two tires. You expect the insurance company to replace the other air bags that didn't go off? Hey, why not ask the insurance company to give you a raise while you're at it. |

Dude I just got a new Galaxy S6 Edge. Not even 1 week and I dropped it and it got chipped. My heart god... I cant even imagine the pain if I was in your situation and this happened to my car. Hope all goes well with your insurance. I had some good suggestions about insurance because someone on here works with those claims however for me, it was too late and I ended up having to pay deductible. Again, best luck. to you.

As far as the concern of it being my fault, I have a police report written but unfortunately no witnesses. There was a construction site near by that I went to ask if anyone saw the other guy's truck/license plate but they said no one even knew what happened since they were all working. |

He got into an accident that damaged tires on one side. Since new tires are needed on that side, that makes the old tires on the other side of the car unsafe to continue to use. This is a direct result of the accident. Absofuckinlutely the insurance company should cover four new tires. Only a $hitty insurance company would argue otherwise.

cars driven in the US have slightly more left tire wear vs right... cause you do more right turns. cars driven in japan are exact opposite. |

But if they are tires with one week of driving, then I agree there's no need to replace the undamaged ones.

I'm seeing if they can reallocate the funds from the insurance to swap the tires for some Continental Extreme Contact DW's. That way I have a less noisy tire, get a full set of new tires and pay a marginal amount instead of the whole Deductible(~$500) + 2 new Bridgestone's ($700+ bucks)

They might consider this to be your fault without any evidence. I assume you didn't get the plate number?
