that really sucks Mike, but like you have pointed out, opportunity also comes from this, I'm sure replacing a factory exhaust is probably about the same cost as an aftermarket one.

So the Insurance adjuster called and rescheduled for tomorrow so we have a lil delay on some info however the next post will contain images from the accident.

Could've been a lot worse. Do you think he rammed you deliberately or actually tried to stop? I would think that there'd be a lot more damage if he deliberately ran into you. (Not that he's justified in taking off from the scene either way.)

You have to go pretty quick for stop and go traffic to create that damage. I think he did it deliberately. Although I hate the laws/enforcement in my area, it's times like this when they can be appreciated.

yea it damaged the crash bar = he rammed me I was doing 5mph so the damage isnt as bad... the car is at artcraft and I should get a call tomorrow about all the damages.

Seriously, I have been on the phone twice today demanding that they replace the cover... but he is fixed on wanting to repair it and is having the shop sand the paint off for him to take a 3rd look at the bumper to determine whether it be replaced or repaired! He told me it was too hard to tell and that the cracks were not big enough to outright replace it!!!:eek: I swear if he says they are going to repair this bumper I am going to his supervisor and up the ladder kicking and screaming! They are also refusing to repair the exhaust too! I need to cool down cause between this guy and my ex today I need to shoot something!!!

i hope he doesnt intend to bondo repair a plastic-cracked bumper...that will not last a week before it shows the original crack under the bondo...

definately take it up the ladder if this ins. estimater (joker) doesnt submit for replacement bumper...

uh, yeah thats my route home sometimes. i just might find this guy.
