So basically set him up.

Call some hookers to his place, and explain that "Im gonna deny I called you but this is part of the plan for the incredible orgasms which will proceed shortly"

Heres the kicker, make sure they are underage.

Then call the cops, saying that you think your neighbor is soliciting and making kid porn.

But before you do ANY of this here are a couple things you need to do.

Plant the evidence, make sure you plant some kid porn in and around his house, then find a picture of him, post it on craigslist saying your looking for up and coming porn stars, and willing to pay for the some photos.

Photoshop some photos, put it in a manilla folder and stuff it in his mailbox and everything addressed to him from fake addresses.

Then watch as all of this unfolds.

When your neighbor goes, "ASK MY NEIGHBOR IM NOT A BAD GUY"

All you gotta say is.

Sir he has harassed many young children around the neighborhood and I was waiting to report it but thank God that I didnt have too, I also think he has a gun.

I have to be honest here, was not expecting that post from Minsu or anyone for that matter. But it was meant it a jokingly manner I believe. It made me laugh hysterically I had to show my wife, she laughed as well. It reminded me of the time when the guy the jumped on the hood of someones car to try to stop them and get their insurance info. I did not want to laugh but I could not help it.
