Can ACC mode kill the battery

So Acc mode can conserve fuel but how long can you keep it on Acc mode safely before the battery dies?

Yes but how long would it take before you should safely turn it off?

Wha?

Conserve fuel?

Oh you mean vs. running the car. Yeah.

It really depends on how much stuff you have on. With the stereo playing loud and headlights on and all that, it's not going to last as long as if you turned the fan and everything off, but in that case why not just shut it off completely.

If you are reffering to accessory mode on in order to listen to the stereo then it would be many hours. Stock stereo would probably last most of the day. Try it and find out.

I've kept mine on for about an hour when I did my stereo install and was tweaking the sound, but doing a quick 2-3 minute start up in between won't hurt.
