From what I've been reading (and I'm a newb too) it's rather expensive to get any meaningful HP gains out of this car without going forced induction. Back when I had a Mustang I could throw cheap parts at it and feel every one of them make a difference... With the Z you're already pushing 330+ HP out of a 3.7L v6 so there's not nearly as much room to grow on a N/A build. I'm just not sure dropping upwards of $4k on a tune, exhaust, intake, and some bolt-ons is worth it for like maybe 50 HP.

Just my

I think a lot of Z owners just love the car and don't mind spending some dough to customize/upgrade it. Last summer I was thinking about replacing the Z and realized that buying something faster/more expensive would be a mistake because it just wouldn't be any more fun and definitely not as good looking.

I definitely get that. And from your sig you've been going about it the right way, with appearance and driveability mods that make you enjoy the car more, not necessarily make it go faster.

I agree, the more I look at possible mods and their cost vs hp gains the more I'm thinking that talking the wifey into getting STILLEN Supercharger System - Polished 407770P | STILLEN
Is the way to go!

IMO you're better off with this. It's what I want to eventually get. AAM Competition - Nissan GT-R, 370Z Turbo Performance Specialists

That kit does look pretty BA but I found the Stillen SC turn key polished for a little over 6k. That TT is 10k and turbos take much more tweaking than SC in my experience. I like how the Stillen takes minor modification and once it's in you pretty much don't have to tinker with it much... Plus it's 4k less
