Reason is... no modders beyond bolt ons.
Very few car club reps.
Mostly vendors and salesman making business selling parts.
(Which is good in a way but they need there own seperate section in the forum)
No laser timing done with mods. People mod and dyno but don't put there car on lasers so we can tell if they are truly seeing increased times on there bolt ons.
So without this info. We can't see who is making the best bolt ons.
Which makes bolt on modders info minimal beyond there opinion on how things sound.

If u r modding and are serious about it? Show yourselves here!
If u r planning on or have recently dropped in a turbo? Show yourselves here.

Pretty sad that the genesis coupe forum has already turboed n modded there 2.0's n 3.8's to 550hp n have laser timed numbers to match n all I hear in here is
" I just put on my exhaust n it sounds great!"
I have my Z on order n am lookin for some real info from real modders so when I get it I can make better informed decisions.
I remember as an rx racer in the 90's Z owners seemed to be a lot more serious bout racing n modding than what this forum produces. What the hell happened?????
Feels like this forum has a lot of former german car owners.
I am afraid that I can not understand the above statement that is being made by someone that has only been a part of this forum for a month. I would think that before someone makes a statement like this they be a part of something much longer............................
