Myrtle Beach, SC to Houston, TX straight through. Me and a buddy hotseated the trip. I unfortunately got the dead of night leg. 1150ish miles.

FWIW, I've been driving Z's since 1974 including: '72 240Z, '90 300ZX 2+2, '95 300ZX 2+2, '95 300ZX-TT, and 2010 370 40AE. I added up my cumulative miles on these a few weeks ago and came up just shy of 1/2 million miles. However, if I include the miles I put on my 1968 Datsun 1600 before buying the 240Z, that pushes me over. Thanks again Mr K.

North Vegas to Phoenix. The day I bought it, had to drive it home.
Since then, not very far, yet I've somehow put 60k miles on it. Just to work and around town. A few trips up north, but nothing substantial in distance (3hr drive through fun twistys and such). One of these days I'll take it over to Cali too. Surprised I've been to Cali so many times in the past three years, but never with the Z. |

I did a 5k mile road trip summer 2014. Dallas - Grand Canyon - Vegas - LA - shredded my tires up the PCH to San Fran - Napa - Sacramento - Bonneville Salt Flats - Salt Lake City - Denver - Dallas.
My friends think I'm kidding but I want to ship the Z to anchorage and drive it to key west from there. |

From Washington state to Texas. The wife and I took the long route via hwy 101 and hwy 1. Hwy 1 is no joke, they REALLY mean a 15mph turn is a 15mph turn! That route took about 3000 miles to South East Texas and the way back was roughly 2400 miles. Including the driving while in Texas we did a bit over 6000 miles in that trip.

For my first big trip I did 1728km (1074mi) round trip going to R/T Tuning from my home. I had 50k on my newly installed turbo kit prior to the trip.
Last October I did 1460km (907mi) round trip going to First Class Fitment in Princeton NJ.

We did the PCH too. Awesome drive. We also drove a canyon road to Simi Valley to see Tony and the crew at Fast Intentions. The temp was 98ºf that day.

When I did my PCS I did Florida to West Texas straight, was 13hours 882 miles. A few months later for the next leg of my PCS I did Texas to Chicago, 17 hours 1170 miles then a few hours of sleep did the last bit to NY, 9hours 632.
This was before my Z but dont think any vehicle would have been overly enjoyable.

Before I graduated High school, Dad and I drove from Jacksonville,Fl -St Louis-Denver-Las vegas- San Francisco-Mt St Helen- Billings, Casper-Oklahoma City-Dallas. The sad part it was in a VW Rabbit diesel getting 45 mpg until the Mt St Helen ash got to the filter. Gas was cheap in the 80's
