Default Vagcom for Nissan?

Being new I am learning a lot but was unable to find any real information on this. Any former Audi/VW person on here should know about Vagcom. Basically software that you use on your laptop that allows you to run logs, monitor real time engine parameters and information, see long codes, and unlock some fun features that maybe weren't available on your country specific version of your vehicle but are just turned off from Manufacturer (ie remote windows up when holding lock button on remote). Does anything like this exist for the 370Z/Nissan? I really enjoyed a lot of the hidden features I was able to access with Vagcom.

Well for nissan you have a few choice's from torque app to full ecu programming using Osiris Up-Rev or ecutek software in order to do most programming.

All have their own differences and caps.

As for reading data logs there are simple stand alone programs to do that, ive never used one though beside UpRev soft.

I have never owned a vw, but am sure this is what your looking for.

thanks. are they pretty straightforward? Vagcom is pretty easy. It lets you recode with a direct and (on/off) interface. It goes in depth to where you can enable/disable flash to pass lights, disable DRLs, windows up down with remote. I like seeing hidden features on vehicles. I saw the hidden/secret thread on this forum but it quickly turned into a useless thread that didn't really tell me anything.

Well if you go to the tuning section of this site you can find some older threads describing the programing abilities of UpRev, ecutek and torque app, just browse it there are lots of knowledge there.

As for hidden features, there aren't any really id say, except A/F ratio table to adjust in order to get rid of that pesky low end rpm power drop, and maybe a little gas pedal response adjust.

Most things on this car can be done manually, ex: you have to remove a fuse for ur steering wheel lock, or to completely turn off ur VDC.

what does the off throttle yaw control do exactly. sounds like something to prevent understeer.
