I had the end of the scissor jack where you hand crank it cut off and a lugnut welded in its place and use my electric impact to raise and lower the car, and it doubles as a jackstand. Just bought 3 more jacks from Z1 and had them do the same to them, so I now have a set of 4 and can easily jack the car, even while its on my trailer.

they should make all scissors jacks like that. that hook attachment to the junk wrench they give you to turn the thing is annoying.
