If I find the thread where I saw the information I will post the link. He claims no one has had a failure after installing his pedal kit, I have no reason to not believe the claim. I have the pedal kit installed and so far so good at 70,000 kms.

Post #125 of the "Review: RJM AFP Clutch Pedal System" thread in the engine & drivetrain section has the explaination. Sorry I couldn't do a link back, I'm forum illiterate.
