3 quick questions.
 

Is there any way to stop the air conditioner from turning on every time I start the car?

Also does premium fuel really matter? ( I do understand the whole octane thing,) but I never used premium on my RX 8, and it worked fine.

And last, I did ( premix oil in the gas ) on my RX 8, does anyone premix on their Z?

1) Turn it to off?

2) Yes, your engine ignition timing is advanced in expectation of 93 octane. You can run lower (the CPU will adjust) but you shouldn't.

3) Huh? This is a 4-stroke engine, not a weedwacker. Never put oil in your gas.:shakes head:

5 oz of synthetic oil per tank full, does really smooth out the motor.

And I would like the heat to come on without the air conditioner. I really don't want to turn it off all the time.

And in cold weather does an engine need high octane just for everyday driving?

Not great for air pollution, but think on how it could help on wear and tear.

The auto climate resets after each start. So I was asking for something a little more complex than ( turn it off or WTF )

Like I said, I did it on my 2008 RX8, and was wondering if anyone tried it on a Z.
