shady seller?

Bought some injen intakes from him on the 7th, took him 5 days to get them to post office (his posting assure the extra shipping cost was for expedited shipping), then on the 18th he tells me they just showed back up at his house and that id have them friday (last friday). Still no intakes, and hes stopped repsonding completely. Just opened a case to get my money refunded. He has over 100 sales with 100% feedback but told me in a message the other day that i could leave whatever feedback i want because he did all he could. But ive messaged him several times since then over the past several days. Shady **** to me anyway...

Wow...I'm sorry to hear that man. If I do buy the parts, I usually buy them from here or the actual company...Ebay is a hit or miss for me :/

Ive made alot of money on ebay and picked up some pretty good deals, never had an issue. The good thing is they cover everything, i will get my money back and they will go after him for the refund or ruin his selling account

tell the guy to post picts of the shipping label that got returned to his house as proof.

USPS does have faulty scales at their pos stores where u weight your package on their 'automated' teller, you pay for the label, and a few days later shows up at your house telling you "not enough postage".

this is another reason why i f-king hate USPS!! :mad:

UPS will mail you a bill or add watever shortage in fee to your account, but NEVER return it to your place like f-king USPS. :mad:

yah, i suppose if the package is small and not deliverable they could just send it back to you. if it's big then usually they call you asking for further info on delivery unlike USPS. :mad:

It was usps, he said he printed the label straight from ebay/paypal, but they left an "s" off for south so it got returned. I call ********, i work sales and parts at a tractor dealership and ship 100 packages a week through ups, usps and fedex. No issues like this...
