Don't try to make it sound like it was my fault.
I knew about the cutting since you guys failed to measure before you made the product.

But you guys forgot to measure horizontally too.

Always here? Op was trying to get in touch with you for six weeks. It's plainly obvious you don't give a damn about your customers here on this forum. I hope your day job pays well since you're the kind of vendor that makes being a car enthusiast a pain in the *** sometimes. Show some pride in what you do for a change, Jay. Have your parts fit and take care of your customers while you still have any. There's a lot of us who want your parts, but you cannot be trusted to hold up your end of the transaction.

Back to back issues with small parts mfrs. This and the nervous guy post because of his Shine parts. How people continue to support bad mfrs I don't understand. Lots of info in the forums yet they take the risks.

OP glad you got your refund.
Trips - seems to be more and more involved with disputes. He sure seem like he does not mind doing it but that should not be his job in this forum. We ruv you Trips.

The refund is being returned because Mr Trips brought out the fly swatter..

I work for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world. We
handle many customer issues and concerns on a daily basis. This is part
of being in any business. Your severe delay for a simple requested refund
would have you immediately terminated at the company that I work for.

Im very HAPPY to see its resolved. :)

Like you guys know as I have said it many times I have NO affiliation with any vendor here as I pay for what little parts I have just like everyone else

So Im here to HELP as well as run this community as trouble free as possible. :ugh2:

I do step in to HELP whenever Im made aware of or see issue between our members and a "active vendor" or private sale.

I can't guarantee anything since it's a private transaction, But I try to do what I can in AK's occasional absence.

As buyers we need to do our homework and ask questions.

I know some of these vendors are not perfect to say the least But as a whole You hardly hear about the good transactions.

I totally understand the frustration on waiting on something for so long only for it to be having cosmetic issue or damaged and having to wait for a replacement or refund.

Anyway I'll consider the matter closed as soon as D3santis comments.

Jay did send me a refund. i appreciate it honestly, the only suggestion i could recommend is don't sell parts that aren't in stock yet, or write a declaimer on your website, either way thank you Jay
