Default Used Nismo - Good deal?

Hey guys,
So time has come finally for me to pick one up. (Next month to be exact)
I was looking at new 2014's however I came upon this one and it caught my eye. I cannot for the life of me find a 2014 with no bose system and I really dont care for it because I would love to have the freedom to do my own thing.

Anyhow,
here is a link. What do you experienced people think of it? Worth getting?
I see its got an intake system and some airflow setup on the front, is that something that I should be worried about or not? I personally was planning on installing a cold air intake system myself, so I am not sure how to look at this.

Brand new 2013's are going for 32-33 here. Saw one with 655 miles (black) nismo for 32k. A silver one with 25 miles for 33k.

Call the dealer, get the build # and see if you can locate the previous owner here. With respect, I would choose brand new too, as long as it's really "brand new". One with a few hundred test miles? I wouldn't want it. I rather take a properly maintained 10k miles car than one that got redlined by salesman and techs without without any warmup.

Those brake ducts are the real deal. That's over $1,200 for both side, not counting the Stillen kit.

This one is practically in my backyard, and a better deal. Fly down and drive it back.

Went to the link and it said the listing has been removed! Must have sold it, I guess.

I picked up a 2010 for $24,500 right here on the forum. White with clean title, clean carfax , and only 13,500 miles! I would rather buy on the forum so I know the history of the car a little better.

FYI... I saw the Nismo in question. It was tracked a good bit. The brake ducts don't hook up to anything and there was evidence of an oil cooler that was removed... It drove ok... I have a deal I am working on with the used car manager and may be picking it up tomorrow depending if they meet my asking price for it...

Surprised me on the brake ducts. Thought after spending money on them. You would think the owner would have them working.

Yeah when I walked in the price went from 32k up to 35 and then they tried to act like they were doing me a favor going down to 32k lol... I told them about a magma red at mall of ga going for 31k and with only 8k miles on it... Changed their tune
