What do you guys think about the front air dam with the Nismo symbol? That'd be gone for me. I don't like it when BMW adds the M in the grille, I don't like it when Audi adds the S, and with Nismo it's even worse - just looks too busy up front with the hamburger and another 5 letters.

FIRST OFF seriously I am just so lost as to how they went from beautiful concave wheels to these ugly Honda knock offs and as much as I agree about that sorry duckbill it's not that simple because the rear bumper sticks out a bit to line up with the duckbill which is actually an add on...
On a side note the car only looks good in black BECAUSE you can't see the features as well lol

Since seeing this red car last month I have seen both a white version and a black version driving around town
Honestly, I barely even noticed that it wasn't just a normal sport model |

2015 370Z NISMO - Real World Pics
I personally like the the Big rear wing, its a signature feature for the NISMO.
having owned a 2013 NISMO, now a 2014 NISMO, i couldnt have it any other way.. My opinion course. They kinda took a lil bit of the muscle and beasty look away from the lastest model, but im sure it would grow on me if I had a 2015. |

The 2013 NISMO looks more like a standard Z than the 2015... EXCEPT for the massive spoiler. The skirts don't call too much attention to themselves, because they match the color of the body. I believe this is why the 2014 NISMO added the offset color to bring more attention to the massive spoiler (which you have to be blind to miss anyways) and the skirts. The 2015 NISMO keeps the offset color and adds more lines to it. The grill is somewhat shaped differently because of this. It loses the massive spoiler for a more subdue duckbill. I can understand someone overlooking a black or red NISMO... but the offset color on a white or silver 2015 are more pronounced. From the rear it doesn't have the huge spoiler, but the bumper is two tone with a red line with that split for the center reflector (or fog light)... which is clearly different from a stock Z. Plus that NISMO badge on the right side of the trunk. If ALL you're looking at is the top of the trunk... sure... but if you're looking at the entire rear (i.e. not tailgating all the time), it's not the same. That being said... if all anyone focuses on is a massive spoiler, I think that's kinda sad. The Z has beautiful curves which the NISMO body kit (old and new) tries to augment with contrasting straight lines. IMHO the 2015 body kit is more direct with the harsh angles... which is a plus in my book. |

So what do you think about the pre 2015 Nismo spoiler? Do you think it's massive?

The prior year NISMO's have not only a unique front bumper, sideskirt, rear bumper, wing and wheels which make the car look both longer and wider. This car is very underwhelming in person, especially from the front. I would take a 2014 NISMO over this car any day of the week it just has way more presence. That is just of course my opinion and you are welcome to your own, there is no right or wrong answer |

I never really liked the styling of the old Nismo until the 2015 version came out, now I appreciate the old shape and sexy lines much more. The 2015 styling just haven't grown on me yet, maybe several years later and another facelift will change my mind.
