The Nismo H-pipe exhaust is actually pretty well designed -- I'd swap out the OEM cats for either HFC's, TP's, or headers, but the cat back is a good design

The Nismo H-pipe exhaust is actually pretty well designed -- I'd swap out the OEM cats for either HFC's, TP's, or headers, but the cat back is a good design and sounds pretty nice too.
The springs and shocks are better than the standard Z, but not great. I don't think swapping out the sways is worth the trouble unless you will track the car, but you could add additional bracing as desired. Tune and higher flowing filters or intake is worthwhile. Keep the wheels and add some spacers.
