Default Question about a box mounted to front bumper

Hey guys. I'm trying to clean up some of the items the previous owner installed onto my Nismo. The previous owner of my Nismo installed some LED lights onto the front bumper, and I'm wanting to take it off. There is also another small black box about an inch tall, two inches wide, and three inches deep. I was wondering if that is something that is OEM, or is it aftermarket? I don't want to take it off if it is necessary for the car. What is it and what is it's purpose? I've included a picture below. Thanks guys!

Hmm, must be aftermarket. I don't have that. Can you get better pics. Oh, and I grew up in the Fresno area, Selma to be exact. Don't miss it

That's probably it. The Nissan dealership did say that they took off a broken radar detector from the car. Thank you!

I moved to Anchorage, Alaska for four years and came back two years ago. With today being 106, I'm regretting that move. LOL!
