Replacing Nismo Wing w/ a Ings +1
 

Hey everyone,

So I own a '14 pearl white nismo and I want to swap out the nismo wing for a carbon fiber one and have been looking at both the ings +1 wing and an APR wing (the medium sized one, not their largest). So far I'm leaning much more towards the ings GT wing.

Does anyone know if the mounting holes from the nismo wing are the same as either the ings +1 wing or an APR spoiler?

I really want to switch out my Nismo wing for a carbon fiber spoiler but I don't want to have to drill new holes or switch my hatch out with someone else's.

If anyone has any thoughts on which wing (between ings and APR) feel free to chime in, and also feel free to PM me if you're interested in buying the Nismo wing once I take it off. I'm not sure I'm selling it just yet but I'd love to see if there's any interest in buying it.

holes will not be the same will have to plug or fill and blend repaint the hatch if you take it off.. much easier to find someone to swap hatches. although i know thats not what you want to do.

This member Jay is the only person I saw has the ing+1 wing on his nismo. He probably is the best person to ask. PM him.

So after some thinking I've pretty much decided on an APR GT-300 wing.

Does anyone know how many holes would have to be filled if I kept my nismo hatch and what it would look like? I'd love it if someone has any pictures of what filled holes look like.

Also how would one go about swapping hatches with someone? That actually sounds like a rather difficult ordeal.

you need at least 6 holes (3 each side).
i afraid that 6 holes will not enough to hold the wings so i did another 8 holes for the hatch plate :bowrofl::bowrofl:

but from the bottom of my heart, if you dont want trouble with cops pull you over, keep the nismo wings. i am in the middle of everythings. i want to put the wings on everyday but i dont want anymore ticket so the APR just sit in my garage. (and i did drill 6 holes before i realize that it was too late to sell the wing. 6 big a$$ holes is already there. in my own desperation, i make another 8 .)

I have a blue 370Z, maybe you've seen me around? I have seen 2 PW Nismos in PV, but no '14s.
