I really like the car. I hope Nissan has tuned out the throttle lag, with the new gearing it should be quick to 60 mph. Hope it has a oil cooler.

ZH, hope you dont believe what you just typed. Nissan is the Microsoft of the car world with cars right now "refering to Xbone" . Their PR team is obviously filled with a bunch of people who haven't even seen an automobile before. So they spend all their R&D on a different kind of clear plastic to make the guage cluster out of, or change the size of the lightbulb in the glove compartment because one of them read something on twitter about how that would somehow sell more cars. more hp? HA, turbo? LULZ, lighter? in your dreams, anything other than cosmetic changes? not in a million years.

Im also 99.99999999999% sure the suspension is not revised from the 09-14. its revised from the BASE AND SPORT. they said the exact same line when they introduced the first 370 nismo. so this car is WORSE than its big brother in every way except seats. cant wait to see how much more its going to cost for no reason.

Coming from guy that bought a 2013, which is even more so just a cosmetic change from the original nismo, 4 yrs after initial launch. But hey 2013 is the best year....because he bought one.

heres why 13=best. still retains the first nismos looks BUT has a 1 year paintjob. imo, and in the opinion of pretty much every human ive talked too about the car it is easily the prettiest color on the nismo in specific. Im glad it was a special color, along with midnight blue "not on nismo" so that just makes my car much more rare than yours. Also they didnt molest the good looks with stupid F&F tokyo drift ******** accents. It added to the "cool" factor but definitely subtracted from the cars overall long lasting beauty and flow. the 15 is just an abomination, its COOL yes, but its not a car I see myself looking at 30 years from now saying "wow thats a beautiful car" like you would an old jag. The 15 fills the gap left in the hearts of every 13 year old who is pissy pants they dont make the emo anymore.... cough i mean evo.

also I had a PG 09 MT base first, then a SR 09 MT Nismo, and now the 13. so yeah. And 100% honest? after owning both, magma red is INFINITELY prettier then my solid red was. the color has much more depth and character and changes in different light conditions. solid red just looked like one of the default color palates you can choose in MS paint. the paint job on a car is so much more important than if it has stupid CF accents, or a red stripe on the steering wheel.

And that's why the best year is strictly your opinion as is the "best" color. Personally I strongly dislike the Magma Red color. It's an off-red/brown. Come on don't you know that the 2009/10/11/12/14 are the best years because it has the real sports car red. There's a reason the color was discontinued and Solid Red came back. Obviously I'm kidding but seriously just because you own a 2013 does not make it the best year. That's only your opinion. Personally I think the 2014 is the best because it has the real first Z Nismo looks...the 350Z. :rolleyes:

:eekdance: thats totally awesome sauce! oh wait.... no its not. Im putting 4.08 in. so...... this means synchrorev CAN be tuned :P good thing nissan is a big ******* and wont release HOW "and vvel" so people can tune their car and put on aftermarket stuff without a tradeoff every time.

just throwing this out there, those 2 colors were meant to be 1 year. I dont know what the significance of them were, or why IF ANY. But from what ive heard that was intended. Not to hit the ball back in your court but your definitely at a minority standing on that color, every person who has given me a compliment on the car has not only mentioned it but has pointed out that its the best color they have seen on a Z. Yes subjective, but even subjective opinions have a majority pool.

Honestly though? yes I think MR is the prettiest non boring flat color they make but i actually WANTED midnight blue. But...... nismo has a "red" thing going so a blue car with red accents and interior would look ghetto as hell.

Best Power Ranger is the bright red one.

Magma red is and was available on the 14 models. I know, I had one, which I traded for a MB Nismo. :P
