A Stillen Gen III Intake by itself, without any other mods, will not lean out the car enough to be of any concern. It is only when you combine the intake with other supporting mods that when a Lean condition really becomes apparent and a tune is required.

It may be a while to get anywhere before I can have a proper tune done so I want to know if I should wait to mod my Z.

I have my CAI, RHFCs, and FI exhaust on order = 3 mods....but since the NISMO already has "an upgraded exhaust" does it count?

Again, I understand Tune is better....just want to make sure I'm not damaging anything...

Does anyone know if this is compatible with the 2015 Nismo?

Here's a thread that answers a lot of what mods need to be done for an install of these on a Nismo model....very good info....not that much modification needed...anyone remove the plate completely?
