NISMO 370z towing without scraping the bottom
How can I tow my NISMO 370z without scraping the bottom? The manual says to use a flatbed, but the tow truck driver said the car is too low (stock height btw). He said they might be able to use wooden boards to load the car, and it probably won't scratch the bottom of the car. How did you guys get your NISMOs safely towed?

Find a better tow truck driver. It's not an easy process. It takes a few 2x4's and patience.

Tell your tow-operator that he needs a trailer like one of these .............
Lay Flat Trailers - Australia’s first and only trailer that can be lowered completely flat to the ground T59-179 is mine ............. |
I specifically told AAA to get me a flatbed when my csc went out. I was pretty pissed to see a regular tow truck show up to my rescue. The tow truck driver said his truck was better than a flat bed b/c there would be zero chance of him scrapping the bottom of the Nismo when towing up the steep flatbed. He used one of those wheel dollies to for the rear tires to tow the car. I was pretty impressed with his method. NOT a damn scratch or any body contact!

That's the same way they towed mine and I'm slammed. Worked really well.
