This is my second front bumper AND black plastic diffuser. The original bumper had the same issue...the passenger side has this gap in it that no matter what I do

Do we all have this issue?
This is my second front bumper AND black plastic diffuser. The original bumper had the same issue...the passenger side has this gap in it that no matter what I do will not sit flush. Anyone else experience this or have a fix?
